On behalf of the Board of Directors, we look forward to the 81st Annual Meeting of Equity Credit Union on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at the Ajax Convention Centre, 550 Beck Crescent, Ajax, Ontario at 7:00 p.m. Come and be part of the official presentation of your Credit Union’s 2023 financial performance. Before and after the meeting light refreshments will be served. Printed copies of the 2023 Financial Statements and Minutes of the 2022 AGM are available at the Credit Union’s office or download both documents from the Reading Materials link below.
RSVP by April 3, 2024.
Plenty of parking is available at the convention centre.
Participants will attend for the following purposes:
- To receive the financials statements of Equity Credit Union Inc. for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and the Auditor’s Report thereon;
- To elect Directors;
- To appoint the Auditors;
- To approve By-Law amendments;
- To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
