Precautions will protect our membership and staff

Dear Members,
Equity Credit Union wants our Members to know that we are still here for you and your financial needs. With new cases daily, it is still a world where we must be cautious of the things we do and places we go.

Even though we are taking every precaution to protect our membership and staff with sanitizing hands, wearing masks and social distancing, we still encourage our membership to stay home if you are not feeling well. Get tested if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

Equity Credit Union encourages our membership to continue to use online banking and e-mail transfers. Don’t forget our ATM/Debit Card for in-store and on-line purchases. As well, remember that cash deposits and withdrawals at any ATM connected to The Exchange Network are surcharge-free! There are many locations around the city.

Equity Credit Union staff will continue to serve you by taking your phone calls and assisting you in any way we can. If you must visit the credit union, please call ahead or email us to book an appointment. We truly want to minimize your outside exposure. Email:

In order to protect the health and safety of our members, staff and local communities during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be operating with reduced hours.
