COVID – 19 UPDATE! September 9, 2020

Dear Members,
As we approach the Fall, another season we will face with so much uncertainty and concern that we continue to be under this terrible pandemic.

Equity Credit Union wants to let our Members know that we are still here for you and your financial needs. With new cases climbing slowly daily, it is still a world where we must be cautious of the things we do and the places we go.

Even though we are taking every precaution to protect our staff and our membership with sanitizing hands and making sure to wear masks, and of course social distancing, we still want to encourage our membership to stay home if you are not feeling well, to get tested if you are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID 19.

Equity Credit union wants to encourage our membership to continue to use online banking, Interac transfers, use your Debit Card for point of sale purchases and deposits/withdrawals. If you could minimize the contact you have with others, you are protecting yourself as well as others.

The staff at Equity Credit Union will continue to service you by taking your phone calls and assisting you in any way we can. You can also email us with your concerns or requests at Help us help you to stay safe and healthy. You matter to ECU!

Please note, that we are still operating under our shortened COVID hours until further notice. Monday to Friday – 9:00am until 3:00pm.
