My name is Vishal Pua and I am the founder and CEO of eLearningLair, an emerging company in the digital space that helps businesses create effective and dynamic eLearning courses to suit their needs. I have almost a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and operations for global medical device companies. I have an MBA from Schulich School of Business, a BSc (Hons) in Health & Disease from the University of Toronto, and received the Canadian Heath Executive designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
I would like to personally contribute to the success to the Credit Union that I’ve been a part of for many years. This is the second time I am applying for this position, which speaks to my continued interest and commitment. I believe there are ways to increase the growth and services of this Credit Union that would benefit all members. It is important to stay up-to-date with trends, and find ways to share the positive successes of Equity Credit Union.
I see an opportunity to contribute to the assessment of current strategic plans and the risks they may pose, while also helping to identify potential markets and working to understand how embracing technological and marketing approaches can drive potential business. I am optimistic that we can continue building on the success of Equity Credit Union, together.
