My name is Franciszek Chomicz, I am married and have two sons. I immigrated to Canada in 1988 and am a Canadian Citizen. I hold a M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering degree from Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw, Poland. I studied at Seneca Collage and completed post-graduate studies at University of Toronto.
I have worked with Lever Brothers (Unilever) in many engineering positions as well as an engineer working in the Chemical industry in Europe and the Oil and Gas industry in Alberta. Currently, I work with Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. (food Industry) at 663 Warden Ave. in Toronto, as a mechanical engineer.
I have been a member of Equity Credit Union since 1989. I know this institution very well. Different location and name, but always it is “my bank” with great personal service. It is like Family.
I believe in this type of banking system. For me, Equity Credit Union is like an undiscovered raw diamond within the banking industry. I will bring different perspective to the Team; different ideas for consideration.
