We look forward to Equity Credit Union's 83rd Annual General Meeting!
On behalf of the Board of Directors, we look forward to 83rd Annual General Meeting is set for Wednesday, April 22, 2026. We will be holding our annual meeting at the Ajax Convention Centre located at 550 Beck Crescent with an AGM start time of 7:15 pm. There will be a dinner for members of the credit union beginning at 6:30 pm. Members, please watch for an invitation coming to you with your credit union statement.
Printed copies of the 2025 Financial Statements and Minutes of the 2025 AGM will be available at the Credit Union’s office or download both documents from the Reading Materials link below mid-February. Check back soon.
Plenty of parking is available at the convention centre.
RSVP Deadline: April 3rd, 2026.
Participants will attend for the following purposes:
- To receive the financials statements of Equity Credit Union Inc. for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and the Auditor’s Report thereon;
- To elect Directors;
- To appoint the Auditors;
- To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
